Job Summary

Responsibilities

Independently manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution.
Draft and review pleadings motions discovery and settlement agreements.
Appear in court for hearings trials and settlement conferences.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
Work closely with clients to provide compassionate guidance and strong advocacy.
Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and client-focused firm culture.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar.
Minimum of 3 years of family law experience required.
Strong knowledge of Washington family law and local court rules.
Proven litigation negotiation and case management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Commitment to professionalism client service and ethical practice.
