Job Summary

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Metallurgical Engineering Materials Science or related field.

3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferably with exposure to heat treatment and failure analysis.

Strong knowledge of metallurgy including microstructure phase transformations and mechanical properties.

Hands-on experience with metallurgical lab equipment and testing methods.

Familiarity with standards such as ASTM SAE ISO and NADCAP (if applicable).

Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering production and quality teams.
