- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferably with exposure to heat treatment and failure analysis.
- Strong knowledge of metallurgy including microstructure phase transformations and mechanical properties.
- Hands-on experience with metallurgical lab equipment and testing methods.
- Familiarity with standards such as ASTM SAE ISO and NADCAP (if applicable).
- Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering production and quality teams.
