- Experience: Requires minimum 5 years related experience with minimum 3 years supervisory experience
- Education: Requires minimum associates degree in manufacturing or related field; prefer Bachelors degree. Extensive industrial leadership experience (10 years) may be substituted for educational requirements.
- Leadership skills: Previous leadership experience required; demonstrated track record in leading multi-functional teams
- Analytical skills: Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Computer proficiency experience with ERP system functions strong Microsoft Office skills
- Technical skills: Ability to read/ interpret part drawings understand material properties and communicate with technical experts
- Experience with multiple CI disciplines such as Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma to improve production processes and efficiency
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to project a positive professional image and drive associate engagement
- Excellent decision-making skills and proven ability to delegate decision-making authority to others to maximize the organizations and individuals effectiveness
- Demonstrated success in the development of individuals skills and abilities so they can fulfill current and/or future job responsibilities
