Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to design implement and optimize Salesforce solutions that support our business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the architectural vision ensuring scalability security and best practices across all Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders (business IT developers admins) to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Define and enforce technical standards coding best practices and data governance policies.
Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP data lakes marketing tools etc.).
Oversee the configuration development testing and deployment of Salesforce components.
Provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features third-party applications and technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
Ensure system performance data integrity and compliance with security policies.
Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce environments.
Document architectural designs data flows and integration patterns.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience with at least 2 years in an architect or lead developer role.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model security model APIs and integration patterns.
Proficiency in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g. Copado Gearset Jenkins).
Demonstrated experience designing scalable high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect.
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred or in progress.
Experience with MuleSoft Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud.
Background in enterprise integration data migration or multi-cloud architecture.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
