Job Summary

Customer Service Representative

FedTec is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative who will support the Housing Choice Voucher Program by handling customer interaction.

Location: Richmond VA

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

Respond to phone calls and email requests on a daily basis
Maintain customer service records
Resolve customer complaints provide resources to customers
Provide the appropriate service and information or referring clients to another department

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills
Providing the appropriate service and information or referring clients to another department
Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team
Multitasking skills and good organizational abilities
Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations
Computer literacy
Experience working in a customer service environment is required
