Job Title: Finance HR & Operations Coordinator

About the Role
Our client is seeking a Finance HR & Operations Coordinator to support the U.S.-based business. This is a dynamic hands-on role that provides cross-functional support with a primary focus on Finance Human Resources and Order Processing. The ideal candidate will be highly organized proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities while helping drive business initiatives that align with company goals and foster a positive high-performance culture.
Responsibilities Finance

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger entries.

Assist with financial reporting budgeting and tax filing activities.

Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP or IFRS standards.

Support internal and external audits and collaborate with auditors.
Human Resources
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues.

Partner with hiring managers on recruitment activities including postings screening scheduling and onboarding.

Maintain HRIS records assist with payroll preparation and ensure data accuracy.
-
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations.

Support HR processes including benefits enrollment goal setting and performance reviews.
Order Processing & Logistics

Process customer orders billing and freight scheduling.

Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Maintain documentation and records of all transactions and shipments.
Requirements -
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.

5 10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.

Experience with SAP preferred.

Working knowledge of HR and finance best practices and compliance standards.

Strong communication interpersonal and analytical skills.

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/payroll systems.
