Proven experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange SharePoint Teams Azure AD).
Strong understanding of user access management and identity governance.
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack Zoom etc.
Excellent analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.
Self-driven detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong team player who adds value through collaboration and continuous improvement.
Preferred:
Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell Python) for administrative tasks.
Exposure to integration and connector management between enterprise systems.
