Job Description :

We are seeking a Senior Generative AI Developer to design develop and deploy AI-driven solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and diffusion-based models. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in AI/ML frameworks strong software engineering skills and the ability to architect and lead enterprise-scale AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end Generative AI applications such as chatbots copilots document summarizers and content generation systems.
Fine-tune and customize pre-trained LLMs (e.g. GPT LLaMA Claude Gemini Mistral) using domain-specific data.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows integrating vector databases (e.g. FAISS Pinecone Weaviate Milvus).
Build prompt-engineering strategies (prompt chaining context management role prompting) for robust model interactions.
Develop AI pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain LlamaIndex and Hugging Face Transformers.
Work closely with data engineers and MLOps teams to deploy AI models at scale (on Azure AWS or GCP).
Collaborate with product owners to translate business problems into AI solutions and define architecture & implementation roadmaps.
Ensure adherence to Responsible AI compliance and data privacy standards.
Lead and mentor a small team of AI developers/researchers.
Keep pace with emerging AI trends and contribute to the organizations AI strategy.
