Job Summary

Position: Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) Technical Consultant

Location: Rochester NY (Onsite)

Duration: Contract to hire

Job Description:

Candidate should be able to address User issues resolve technical problems manage tickets product service requests and perform needed configuration updates.
Interact with customer process consultants and SMEs perform root cause analysis where required and improve processes.

Required Qualifications:

6 years of experience in Oracle EBS technologies.
Working Knowledge of SQL PL/SQL Oracle Forms APEX Reports BI Publisher REST Services and SOA Gateway
Hands-on development and production support experience
Issue resolution root cause identification and analysis recommend solution to complex issues.
Know of Order-to-Cash Procure-to-Pay Manufacturing Warehouse Management and Project-to-Retire

Preferred Qualifications:

Good understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience and desire to work closely with customers.
