Job Summary

Role: Fullstack Developer

Location: New York City NY (Hybrid)

Job Type : Fulltime

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer experienced in Spring Boot PostgreSQL and to design develop and deploy scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in backend and frontend technologies with a strong understanding of REST APIs microservices and modern UI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain Java-based backend services using Spring Boot.
Build responsive and interactive web interfaces using and related libraries.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs between frontend and backend systems.
Work with PostgreSQL for database design query optimization and performance tuning.
Implement secure scalable and maintainable application architectures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX QA and DevOps.
Participate in code reviews troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Follow Agile/Scrum development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5 years of experience in full-stack Java development.
Strong proficiency in Java 8 and Spring Boot framework.
Solid hands-on experience with and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with PostgreSQL (database design stored procedures performance tuning).
Proficiency in RESTful APIs Microservices architecture and JSON/XML.
Familiarity with Git CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
