Job Summary
Position: IT Support Technician Intune Implementation
Location: Fort Lee NJ - 07024 (Travel across NJ NY and PA required) - travel for a few months
Type: Contract (3 6 months potential extension)
Overview:
leading healthcare organization with multiple offices and clinics across several states is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to assist with the rollout and implementation of Microsoft Intune across multiple facilities. This is an urgent need and the ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling frequently for on-site deployments and configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Intune across multiple clinic locations.
- Support device enrollment compliance policy setup and application deployment through Intune.
- Coordinate with local IT staff and end-users during rollout phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to device management user access and system connectivity.
- Maintain clear documentation of implementation steps and device configurations.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users in a healthcare environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or other MDM platforms.
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11 Azure AD and O365 administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability and willingness to travel across NJ NY and PA for several months as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting multi-site IT environments.
- Experience in healthcare or clinical settings.
