Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will provide patient-centered care administer medications coordinate treatment plans and collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities: -
Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care based on clinical guidelines and physician orders.

Administer medications treatments and injections safely and accurately.

Monitor document and report changes in patients conditions to the healthcare team.

Educate patients and families on health management medication and discharge instructions.

Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

Adhere to infection control safety and quality assurance policies and procedures.
-
Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients and their families.
Qualifications: -
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred).

Licensure: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

Certifications: BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred depending on unit or specialty.

Experience: Specify if needed e.g. 1 year of clinical experience preferred but not required.
Skills & Competencies: -
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
