Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will provide patient-centered care administer medications coordinate treatment plans and collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care based on clinical guidelines and physician orders.

  • Administer medications treatments and injections safely and accurately.

  • Monitor document and report changes in patients conditions to the healthcare team.

  • Educate patients and families on health management medication and discharge instructions.

  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

  • Adhere to infection control safety and quality assurance policies and procedures.

  • Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients and their families.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred).

  • Licensure: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

  • Certifications: BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred depending on unit or specialty.

  • Experience: Specify if needed e.g. 1 year of clinical experience preferred but not required.

  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Compassionate patient-focused and detail-oriented.
