The Worker is responsible for collaborating with ITS Leadership Agency Accessibility Coordinator to design and implement accessibility initiatives and projects in alignment to meet compliance with Federal State and agency procedures policies rules and laws including DOJ ADA Title II. Analyzing web content for accessibility recommending changes to make content accessible and remediating accessibility issues. Participates in testing efforts of accessibility projects and EIR efforts and provides testing results to the agency Accessibility Coordinator and stakeholders in developing roadmaps plans and designs for accessibility activities. Collaborates with Agency Accessibility Coordinator and agency content owners to conduct remediation work of EIR and to ensure accessibility compliance. Enhances accessibility efforts by monitoring and tracking accessibility updates communicating both internally and externally on continuous improvements. Performs preliminary accessibility assessments with internal and external partners; testing and validation and completes coordinating reports.
