Job Title : QA Automation Engineer (Selenium QTP JMeter SQL Server JIRA Visio Balasamiq)

Location:Brooklyn NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Business and Quality Analysis tools such as JIRA Balsamiq and Microsoft Visio for requirement tracking process modeling and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools including QTP WinRunner Visual Studio and Selenium for developing and executing test scripts.
• Skilled in creating executing and managing automation scripts to support both functional and regression testing activities.
• Experienced in SQL Server LoadRunner and JMeter for performance testing backend validation and load analysis.

• Design and develop test scripts and test scenarios for form generation processes ensuring all business and functional requirements are accurately captured.
• Perform end-to-end functional testing developing workflows aligned with business rules to validate accurate implementation of ad-hoc notices and communications.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies based on analysis of design and requirement documentation to ensure compliance with the LL30 mandate for multilingual form availability.
• Translate user stories into detailed test cases and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure complete coverage and traceability.
• Identify and report defects inconsistencies and design issues ensuring higher levels of system accuracy and functional reliability.
• Analyze and document current systems workflows and business processes identifying gaps and opportunities for optimization.
• Provide actionable recommendations for process improvements based on client and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders clients designers developers and engineers to ensure that applications are built and delivered according to specifications timelines and quality standards.
