• Salary: £23.79 per hour
• Hours: 24 hours/2 days per week- flexibility to work across the full week required
• Shifts: 7am-7pm shifts

Telford Hall Care Home nestled in the vibrant community of Lawley is a 66-bed care home offering specialist nursing palliative and dementia care. As a Registered Nurse at Telford Hall you will:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to the individual needs of our residents.
• Administer medication and monitor residents' health.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to create care plans and ensure residents' well-being.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents their families and the wider community.
• Promote a positive safe and nurturing environment.
• Mentor and support junior staff contributing to their professional development.

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘STREAM’.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking nurses who are:

• Qualified as Registered General Nurses (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN).
• Compassionate enthusiastic and committed to delivering person-centered care.
• Experienced in nursing home care (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent communicators with a team-oriented approach.
