Are you passionate about technology risk and ensuring that systems run securely and efficiently A fast-paced tech-driven organisation is seeking a Senior IT Auditor to join their Internal Audit team.
In this role youll plan execute and report on IT audits across a diverse group of entities ensuring that IT risks are identified controls are robust and information assets are safeguarded. Youll play a key role in enhancing IT governance cybersecurity and data integrity across the business.

In this role youll plan execute and report on IT audits across a diverse group of entities ensuring that IT risks are identified controls are robust and information assets are safeguarded. Youll play a key role in enhancing IT governance cybersecurity and data integrity across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform risk-based IT audits on infrastructure applications and data processes
- Assess IT general controls cybersecurity and vendor risk management practices
- Evaluate system access change management and disaster recovery controls
- Prepare insightful audit reports and present recommendations to senior management
- Monitor action plans and follow-up on remediation progress
- Stay current with emerging IT trends frameworks and threats
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems Computer Science or a related field
- 4 (minimum) 8 (ideal) years experience in IT auditing
- CISA certification required
- Solid understanding of IT frameworks (COBIT NIST and ISO)
- Strong grasp of ITGCs cybersecurity networks databases and cloud environments
- Experience with audit tools (TeamMate Galvanize and IDEA) and data analytics beneficial
- AI audit experience advantageous/strong passion and interest in AI
- Analytical detail-oriented and tech-savvy
- Confident communicator with the ability to simplify complex IT concepts
- Strong stakeholder manager with high integrity and professional scepticism
- Independent yet collaborative with solid time management and multitasking skills
