Description:

Salesforce support engineer

4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration is mandatory. Financial Domain knowledge is a plus.
Should have strong hands-on experience with Configuration of Salesforce orgs with custom objects using field objects.
Manage and maintain user accounts profiles roles permission and data access setting.
Configure and customize Salesforce objects fields page layouts record types validation rules and workflows.
Develop and manage automation processes using like Flows process builders workflow rules.
Create and maintain reports dashboards and analytics to support business decision making.
Ensure data Integrity through regular audits duplication and data quality initiatives.
Manage third-party integration and apps from the Salesforce AppExchange.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
Provide end-user training documentation and ongoing support.
Collaborate with developers on system enhancements and new functionality.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases best practices and new features to recommend improvements.
