Essential Anesthesia Management is offering an excellent opportunity for a service-oriented CRNA to join our dynamic team at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale Arkansas. This role offers robust compensation diverse case exposure (including CV) and a strong team environment focused on quality and work-life balance.

Position Highlights:

• $326000 (1099)
• 10 weeks off
• Backup call only (1:7 rotation) with MDs covering primary call
• Case types include: General GI Cath Lab ENT Bariatrics Ortho Ophthalmology Vascular GYN and Neuro and CV
• No OB serviced at this facility
• Daily staffing: 3 MDs (1 Main OR 1 ORC 1 CV) and 7 CRNAs (3 Main OR 4 OSC)
• Anesthesia Care Team model with excellent collaborative culture
• Additional earning potential out of grid compensation
