Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer Integrations (Meta OpenAI) to design develop and maintain robust backend services and API integrations. The ideal candidate will specialise in connecting our internal systems and products with Metas APIs and OpenAIs ecosystem.This role involves building scalable integration layers ensuring data security and optimising performance across multiple third-party platforms.

Must-have skills

Strong backend in .NET (C# preferred; familiarity a plus) and Web API.
API design & integration: REST/GraphQL OAuth2 webhooks pagination rate-limits idempotency retries exponential backoff.
Meta Graph APIs (WhatsApp Business) OpenAI API usage patterns (prompting streaming batching cost control).
SQL Server expertise (indexes query tuning transactions); Redis caching.
Azure experience (App Service Functions Azure Service Bus/Queues Storage Key Vault App Insights).
Security & compliance: secrets management audit logging data protection multi-tenant patterns.
CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions) unit/integration testing.

Preferred:

Experience integrating with Salesforce and Dynamics 365 endpoints/Dataverse.
Docker containerized deployments; message-driven architectures (event sourcing/Saga).

Requirements

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)

Required Skills:

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role (portfolio required). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign After Effects Premiere Pro) or equivalent design software. Strong typography layout and color theory knowledge. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. (Preferred) Experience with UI/UX design or web design is a plus.
