VIP Transport sits within Ministerial Services a business unit responsible for providing a range of services to the executive branch of government.

VIP Transport provides quality service and safe transport to Ministers of the Crown distinguished visitors and other persons as appropriate. We are looking for a Regional Coordinator to join our team based in Christchurch and meet the needs of our customers.

Your key responsibilities include ensuring efficient and effective management of VIP Transports vehicle fleet as well as co-ordinating the management of regional resources including contractors to ensure the consistent provision of professional high-quality service to VIP Transport Service to day management of the Christchurch depot.

The role also provides administrative support to the Manager VIPT Central & South Operations Manager Safety and Training Specialist and to the National Operations team.

To be successful you will be highly professional diplomatic extremely well organised have an eye for detail strong Microsoft office skills and be used to dealing with ambiguity.
