Job Summary

*Summary:*
We are seeking a dedicated and organized *Coordinator* to join our dynamic education this role you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of academic and administrative functions within our institution. The Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between faculty students administrators and external stakeholders facilitating communication managing schedules and supporting the delivery of high-quality educational services. This position is essential to maintaining operational efficiency fostering a positive learning environment and contributing to the institutions mission of academic excellence and student success. With 25 years of experience in education or administrative coordination you will bring strong organizational skills attention to detail and a proactive mindset to support both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

*Responsibilities:*
- Coordinate academic schedules class timetables and faculty assignments in alignment with institutional policies and student needs.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for students faculty and staff addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update records related to student enrollment attendance course registrations and academic progress.
- Organize and support educational events workshops and faculty meetings including logistics documentation and follow-up.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports presentations and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement curriculum updates policy changes and accreditation requirements.
- Manage office supplies equipment and documentation systems to ensure operational readiness.
- Support the implementation of digital tools and platforms used in academic administration and student engagement.

*Requirements:*
- Bachelors degree in Education Administration or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in an educational institution or administrative coordination role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and experience with LMS platforms (e.g. Moodle Google Classroom).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and regional language (as applicable).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with student information systems (SIS) and data management best practices.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
