Job Summary
This is a remote position.
- Manage and oversee client accounts ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with US tax laws.
- Prepare and maintain financial models forecasts budgets and related analyses to support business decisions.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks including maintaining general ledgers reconciling accounts and processing transactions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to optimize client operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver timely and accurate financial reports.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Support audits and tax filings as needed including US tax-related compliance and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years (preferably with exposure to US tax regulations)
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
- Proven experience in accounting bookkeeping financial modeling and forecasting.
- Knowledge of US tax regulations filings and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
