Job Description:

Were looking for a Developer who is passionate about backend development and eager to grow their skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Youll work with experienced developers to build and maintain scalable backend services using and NestJS contributing to real-world applications that impact users directly.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to deepen their technical knowledge and gain hands-on experience with modern backend development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop test and maintain backend features using and NestJS
Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams to understand requirements and deliver functional scalable code
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and services
Assist in writing unit and integration tests for key functionalities
Learn and apply best practices for code structure performance and security
Participate in code reviews and actively seek feedback to improve your code quality
Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing
Proactively identify bugs or performance bottlenecks and work on solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

23 years of hands-on experience with in a production environment
Some experience with NestJS or strong willingness to learn it quickly
Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and asynchronous programming
Familiarity with building REST APIs and basic API security concepts (e.g. JWT OAuth)
Hands on experience with Relation databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL MSSQL) or NoSQL (eg. MongoDB)
Understanding of version control systems (Git) and working in an Agile environment
Basic understanding of software testing (unit/integration) and debugging tools
Strong willingness to learn and improve through mentorship and collaboration

Nice to Have:

Exposure to NestJS framework
Experience with Redis message queues (like RabbitMQ or Kafka) or microservices
Familiarity with Docker CI/CD pipelines or deploying to cloud platforms (AWS Azure etc.)
Knowledge of event-driven systems or background job processing
