Provide L1/L2/L3 support for the Metaphase (Teamcenter Enterprise) PLM system
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Metaphase applications databases and integrations
Handle user incidents requests and service tickets within agreed SLAs
Perform system maintenance patches updates and configuration management
Support Metaphase upgrades data migrations and performance tuning activities
Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and provide functional solutions
Work with IT infrastructure teams to ensure proper server and database configurations
Participate in change management and release processes
Requirements
Strong understanding of Metaphase (Teamcenter Enterprise) architecture data model and configuration management
Experience in Oracle/SQL Server databases and Unix/Linux environments
Familiarity with customization scripting (Shell Perl or Java) and APIs
Experience in incident management tools (e.g. ServiceNow Jira)
Knowledge of integration tools (like TIBCO Teamcenter Gateway or others)
Excellent troubleshooting communication and documentation skills
