Job Summary

Summary:

As a User Experience (UX) Designer you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive user-centered digital products by deeply understanding user needs and behaviors. Responsibilities:

Independently lead UX design initiatives and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team.
Actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving sessions.
Facilitate user testing sessions to collect qualitative and quantitative feedback.
Develop wireframes interactive prototypes and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
Conduct user research and apply methodologies to inform design decisions.
Create user personas journey maps and other research artifacts to guide product strategy.
Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.

Requirements

Requirements:

47 years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a minimum of 3 years in UX-specific roles.
Proven expertise in both UI and UX designprimary skills in UI with strong secondary capabilities in UX.
Proficiency in user experience design principles and methodologies.
Hands-on experience with design tools such as Sketch Adobe XD or Figma.
Demonstrated ability to create user personas journey maps wireframes and prototypes.
Strong understanding of interaction design information architecture and usability best practices.
Bachelors degree or equivalent (15 years of full-time education required).
Must be based in the Pune office and available for on-site work.
