As a Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the Accelerator you are the heart of this venture focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our customers. You have a curious mindset thrive in collaborative squads and are passionate about new technology. By your nature you are also solution-oriented commercially savvy and have a head for fintech. You thrive in working in tribes and squads that focus on specific products and projects and depending on your strengths and interests youll have the opportunity to move between them.

Job responsibilities:
- Define your product scopes strategy with clear product outcomes grounded in customer needs
- Run discovery activities to explore your products problem and solution space de-risk desirability feasibility and viability and refine solutions that contribute to the strategy.
- Run your squad on a day-to basis your functional counterparts (e.g. engineering design) to build the solutions that contribute to teams strategy
- Work with legal risk compliance and other controls stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their requirements
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Track record in product management for risk trust & safety insurance or financial guarantee solutions
- 5 years product management experience delivering financial technology products
- Track record of shipping iterative improvements and measuring results
- Experience writing clear strategy documents product requirements and outcome-focused user stories
- Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies across multiple squads and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with risk and control frameworks in regulated financial services
