Salary: OTE 60000 per annum

We are looking for a professional and motivated Senior Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a highly successful Estate Agency Group in the Medway area. This role offers access to a consistent flow of warm leads strong earning potential and the opportunity to develop your financial services career within a dynamic and supportive team.
The ideal candidate will have relevant industry qualifications experience in advising on mortgages and protection and the drive to work in a target-driven environment.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Advising clients on mortgage and protection products
- Managing leads generated from the estate agency team
- Providing excellent customer service and tailored financial solutions
- Cross-selling protection and other financial products
- Ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- Fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
- Current Competent Advisor Status (CAS)
- Proficiency with mortgage-specific software
- Proven sales performance and cross-selling ability
- Professional articulate and well-presented
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
