Key Responsibilities

• Manage Investor Communications: Serve as the primary point of contact for all investor inquiries ensuring prompt acknowledgment accurate routing and timely follow-up on every message.

• Develop Communication Protocols: Create and maintain systems for tracking prioritizing and delegating investor messages ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Craft Professional Responses: Draft clear professional and strategic responses to investor inquiries maintaining the organizations voice and reputation at all times.
• Support Investor Relations Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute investor communication strategies including updates reports and relationship-building initiatives.
