We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Processing Clerk to accurately enter update and maintain data in our systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently has strong attention to detail and is comfortable using computers. You will help keep our information organized and up to date from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter verify and update data in online systems or databases
Review information for accuracy and completeness
Maintain digital files and records in an organized manner
Perform regular data quality checks and correct errors
Prepare simple reports or summaries as requested
Communicate with team members via email or chat for clarifications
Maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Strong typing and computer skills (minimum 35 WPM)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel Word) or Google Workspace
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
