Job Summary
What Youll Do
Design develop and maintain full stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable high-performance systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product design and engineering.
Drive technical excellence code quality and best practices across the team.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation and ownership.
Stay current with emerging technologies and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Responsibilities
What Were Looking For
6 years of experience in software engineering with a strong command of frontend and backend development.
Proficiency in React or Angular and TypeScript.
Strong backend experience with Python-based frameworks (e.g. FastAPI Django Flask).
Solid understanding of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Experience leading product development or major workstreams.
A passion for building great software and solving complex technical challenges.
Nice to Have
Prior experience leading a team or mentoring engineers.
Familiarity with AI/ML tools and concepts such as OpenLLM Hugging Face Transformers and related frameworks.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with GraphQL Redis or event-driven architectures.
Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in tech communities
