As Performance Marketing Executiveyoull be at the heart of executing campaigns across multiple brands and markets.Youllsupport the Performance Marketing Manager in campaign setup optimisation and reporting ensuring our paid efforts are tightly integrated with organic content and influencer strategies. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced multi-brand environment and is passionate about performance data and digital storytelling.
What you will be doing:
Implement paid social media campaigns across platforms (Meta TikTok LinkedIn Google) for brands like Birds Eye Findus and Goodfellas.
Set up platform-specific formats (Stories Reels Feed posts) and ensure correct targeting and segmentation.
Coordinate with organic content and influencer teams to align paid amplification with broader brand narratives.
Monitorcampaign performance daily and flag underperforming assets for review.
Support A/B testing and creative iteration based on performance insights.
Maintaindashboards and reporting tools to track boosted vs. organic content metrics.
Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and Head of Performance Marketing to ensure campaign consistency across markets.
Liaise with offshore teams for campaign setup and reporting support.
Partner with Community Managers and Content Creators to ensure paid content istimelyand relevant.
What you need to be great in this role:
12 years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign execution ideally within FMCG retail or multi-brand environments.
Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager Google Ads and other paid platforms (TikTok LinkedIn etc.).
Familiarity with campaign reporting tools dashboards and performance metricsespecially in distinguishing paid vs. organic impact.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different markets with attention to cultural nuances and localisation needs.
Comfortable working in matrixed teams and collaborating withoff-shoresupport for campaign setup and reporting.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detailable to manage timelines assets and approvals across brands.
A proactive mindset with a passion for digital marketing consumer behaviour and performance optimisation.
Strong communicationskills to liaise with internal stakeholders creative teams and external partners.
