Onsite at Ascension St. Agnes Hospital Baltimore

As the Patient Access Director you will be responsible for the oversight of inpatient outpatient and emergency department registrations point of service collections screening for financial assistance and insurance verification.

Heres what you will experience working as a Patient Access Director:

Direct and lead the patient access team in strategies associated with attaining ongoing client metric production financial and other organization goals through the effective management of resources.
Develop recommend and oversee the implementation and administration of policies and procedures to reduce denials and bad debt improve cash collections and customer service.
Evaluate processes and procedures and coordinate with the management team to ensure efficient patient processing bed utilization and adherence to federal and local laws and regulations.
Identify and implement process improvements to lower costs and improve services and patient satisfaction across the Health System with a goal of delivering the highest degree of quality service possible.

Required Skills:

HS Diploma/GED
At least 8 years of experience in revenue cycle management
3-5 years of people leader experience managing 15 or more direct reports at one time
Ability to work onsite at the hospital

For this US-based position the base pay range is $127236.96 - $159046.20 per year . Individual pay is determined by role level location job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 20.00%
