POSITION SUMMARY

The HR Services Coordinator I plays a crucial support role within HR operations focusing on processing HRletter transactions. This position is responsible for executing a variety of operational HR tasks maintaining templates and documentation and helping to streamline processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare review and issue HRrelated letters (e.g. offer letters confirmation letters contract amendments termination/separation letters reference letters) in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of generating letters for customers in alignment to service level agreements (SLA).
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of job instructions for the HR letter creation
  • Alignment of the letter templates and processes around the letter creation
  • Support processes improvement projects within teams scope as assigned
  • Ensure high standards of confidentiality for all communications and employee records.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree from any course; preferred - Human Resource Management Psychology or any other related courses
  • Experience in HR letter generations is nice to have
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft packages specifically Excel and Word Skills
  • Highly organized and able to function and adapt in a high demand and changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to consistently maintain a high activity/productivity level
  • Can use own initiative and judgement to tackle issues.
