Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. Were looking for a Senior Specialist Partner Marketing EMEA (m/f/d) in Frankfurt Germany to help make this happen.

Position Overview and Objective
The Senior Specialist Partner Marketing EMEArole is an execution-focused marketer responsible for supporting the development and delivery of partner marketingprogrammesthat drive engagement growth and revenue across Arctic Wolfs EMEA partner ecosystem. This role works closely with the Manager EMEA PartnerMarketingand collaborates with the broader EMEA Marketing team to implement high-impact initiatives that strengthen partner relationships and acceleratepipeline.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in through-partner marketing campaign execution and partner communications. They will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellencetimelydelivery of programs and alignment with regional prioritieswhile fostering integration with EMEA marketing leadership to maximize impact.

Reporting to theManager EMEA Partner Marketing this role requires strongorganisationalskills attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Previousexperience in cybersecurity or technology marketing is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Execute localized partner marketing programs across EMEA ensuringtimelydelivery alignment with regionalobjectives and integration with broader EMEA marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborateclosely with the EMEA Marketing team and channel stakeholders to ensure consistency avoid silos and drive unified go-to-market strategies.

  • Assistin managing budgetsacross multiple currenciesfor partner marketingactivities andpartner enablement eventsincluding tracking expenditure and supporting ROI reporting.

  • Coordinatelogisticsand communications for key partner engagement initiatives including the Partner Advisory Council (PAC) and PartnerLeadership Summit.

  • Help administer theGameChangerspartner incentiveprogramensuringaccuratetracking and partner communication.

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to execute through-partner campaigns and joint marketing initiatives.

  • Maintain and update partner marketing assets ensuringlocalisationand compliance with regional regulations (e.g. GDPR).

  • Support the creation and distribution of the monthly EMEA Partner Howl newsletter including content coordination and stakeholder alignment.

  • Assistwith reporting on campaign performance engagement metrics and partner-sourcedpipelinetodemonstrateimpact.

  • Provide operational support for Arctic Wolfs Global Partner Week and other regional events.

Key Skills
The ideal candidate has experience in executing partner marketing programs and campaigns that deliver measurable results. They are detail-orientedorganised and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communicationskills and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential.They should be proficient in marketing tools such as Salesforce PRM platforms and marketing automation systems with a data-driven approach to tracking and reporting performance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)is required tocollaborate effectively across global teams

  • ProficiencyinadditionalEMEA languages (e.g. German French Spanish) is a strong advantage

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field of study

  • 3-5years proven experience in B2Bmarketingpreferably in partner or channel marketing

  • Comfortable leveraging marketing automation tools and Salesforce to build campaigns and track performance

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in fast-paced environment

  • Must be willingand ableto travel up to 10% primarily for partner-related events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experiencein technology or cybersecurity industry

  • Knowledge of partner incentive programsand through-partner marketing execution
