Business Unit Technology Operations & Cyber Security (TOCS) COO
Salary Range: 37600 to 47000 per annum -DOE
Location:UK Hybrid Work from anywhere in the UK with flexibility to occasionally visit Glasgow or Gosforth HUB.

Are you passionate about business change cyber security and eager to make a real impact At Virgin Moneywerelooking for an experiencedSenior Business Analystto help us deliver transformational change within our Cyber Security working in a fast-paced environment whereyoullwork onvarious projects to deliver technical and business change across our Cyber Security Programme.

Whatyoullbe doing

  • Working on a range of Projects that deliver business and technical changewithinour Cyber Security programme.
  • Working on projects end to end from discovery and requirements gathering through toimplementation.
  • Taking ownership and leading thebusinessanalysis work on one or more streams of activity within designated projects.
  • Providing support and coaching to other Business Analysts.
  • Working proactively and collaboratively with those around you ensuring you provide estimates for your tasks input in to planningtimelyprogress updates and input into Project risks andissues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams toidentifyopportunities solve problems and implement innovative solutions.

We need you to have

  • A strongtrack recordof successfully leading on Business Analysis activities using different methodologies and techniques gained by working on multipletechnologyprojects.
  • Ability tolead and coach other Business Analysts toidentifyand deliver on business change deliverables providing support and feedback.
  • Experience of successfully delivering Business Analysis and readiness work across the project lifecycleincluding:requirements gathering stakeholder managementuse casesBusiness Impact assessments process mappingasis &to becreating and delivering communications & training planscreation of support models & operating models and RACI.
  • Willingness to learnwithin technicalprojects ask questions and build relationships with key stakeholdersat all levelsincluding engagingchallengingand managing expectations as you drive activity.
  • Knowledge of using Business Analysis tools such as JiraMiroand Visio
  • Comfortable gathering and analysing large data sets for business decision making including use of MS Excel / Power BI
  • Experience of leading andfacilitatingworkshops and meetings as you gather requirements and spark thoughts and debate.
  • First class inter-personal skills coupled with strong influencing abilities and a can-do attitude to keep focussed and be highly organised as you manage your own workload to deliver the right business outcome.

Itsa bonus if you have but not essential

  • Business Analysis qualifications.
  • Education in a technical/IT discipline.
  • Exposure to multiple delivery methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
