Job Summary

As an Analyst within the Strategic Global Authorities Program you will play a key role in reviewing and validating data outputs generated by advanced AI tools from client documents. You will assist in identifying and categorizing conflict roles perform data analysis and validation using Alteryx and SQL and contribute to the preparation and maintenance of Tableau dashboards that track project progress. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will help ensure the accuracy and completeness of information before it is distributed to our systems of record. You will collaborate closely with team members to resolve data discrepancies and support the overall success of the initiative.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve discrepancies or conflicts in authority information including interpreting bespoke client documentation and board resolutions.
  • Perform advanced data validation cleansing and reconciliation using Alteryx and SQL ensuring data integrity prior to distribution to systems of record.
  • Independently review and validate complex data outputs generated by Gen AI tools ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Document findings remediation actions and maintain comprehensive audit trails for all reviewed records.
  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to provide clear actionable insights on project progress and remediation activities.
  • Collaborate with Product Technology and Operation teams to understand requirements deliver insights and ensure alignment to the program
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing enhancements to review and validation workflows.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Business Data Analytics or related field.
  • 4 years of relevant experience in data analysis or related roles within financial services industry.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Alteryx SQL and Tableau for data analysis validation and reporting Ability to interpret complex client documentation and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and stakeholder interaction Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues and contributing to team success.

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:

  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt. Experience with client onboarding KYC and reference data management is preferred.
