Account Manager – Venue Partnerships

OPPORTUNITY

Carriageworks is looking for an energetic and motivated Venue Partnerships Account Manager to jump into a 12-month contract with the potential to become permanent.. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving arts and events organisation working closely with some of the most exciting cultural and commercial partners in Australia.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director Commercial & Venue Partnerships you will:

• Manage relationships with major event partners film and production clients and corporate event organisers.
• Drive commercial revenue across venue hire catering ticketing retail and other streams.
• Deliver outstanding account management ensuring seamless event planning and execution.
• Oversee venue operations maintaining CRM and event management systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.

ABOUT YOU

Were looking for someone with:

• Experience in event venue or account management either tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Business / Event / Venue Management) or equivalent hands-on experience in an events venue or sales related role.
• A track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong negotiation skills and a solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent administration and CRM/database management experience.
• A passion for the arts cultural industries and major events.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality service delivery.
