The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join its hospital-employed practice in Lawton OK.
The incoming physician will join an established and collegial team with one other pediatric provider and will provide a broad range of general pediatric care. The position offers outpatient clinical responsibilities with limited call coverage and no requirement to attend deliveries. Call includes newborn nursery (Level II) coverage approximately 10 days per month with additional call pay available for those who elect to take more.

Provide outpatient pediatric care including well-child visits immunizations and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
Cover newborn nursery (Level II) during assigned call periods attendance at deliveries not required.
Collaborate with other providers nurses and allied health professionals to ensure high-quality coordinated care.
Educate families on preventive care nutrition and developmental milestones.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
Participate in quality improvement and practice development initiatives.
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics; eligible for Oklahoma medical licensure.
Experience: Prior experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
