About the Role:Were seeking a compassionate experienced and dynamic Special Education Teacher with either moderate disabilities or severe disabilities license to teach 18-22-year-old students. Must have experience with transition aged students who have intellectual disabilities and ASD. This is a full-time opportunity to support students with social emotional behavioral and intellectual challenges in a collaborative and inclusive educational Responsibilities:Responsible for all aspects of classroom management: curriculum instruction and assessment. Teachers are responsible for all planning and instruction adaptation of the curriculum for assigned students. This is a self-contained high school/post high school program with a focus on academic vocational and community differentiated instruction to meet the unique needs of students.
