The Social Services Assistant will provide essential support to our social work professionals in delivering a wide range of services to clients. This role involves assisting with case management client benefit enrollments resource coordination and administrative tasks to ensure the sufficient and effective operation of our social service programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Must speak read and write Korean and English.

Provide support to clients in accessing social services benefits and community resources.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data on the KWA social service portal and case files in accordance with agency policies and procedures.

Assist with outreach and community engagement activities to promote awareness of available services and resources.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including other social service agencies healthcare providers and government agencies.

Participate in team meetings case conferences and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Provide administrative support including answering phones responding to inquiries and scheduling appointments.

Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Other duties as assigned.
