We are seeking an Asphalt Plant Operator to join our team in New this role youll be part of a dedicated crew who provide operational support on our Asphalt Contracts. You will be responsible for ensuring that asphalt plants and loader are presented serviced maintained and operated in a professional safe and efficient manner that complies with all relevant legislation regulation and policy and achieves agreed productivity and quality targets
This is a full-time permanent position that will require overtime or weekend shifts occasionally.

Wed value the following skills and experience; however full training will be provided for the right candidate:
- Full Class 1 NZ Drivers Licence essential - with WTR endorsements an advantage
- Experience or exposure to civil plant operations - Asphalt Plantand Wheeled Loaders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will work with an extensive range of Downer and contracting crew members
- Commitment to a high standard of Health & Safety
- Experienced and able to learn computer systems
