ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Oversight:
- Lead mentor and manage a team of Access Administration specialists overseeing daily deliverables and ensuring high-quality service.
- Conduct performance reviews provide regular feedback and support the professional development of team members.
- Access Management Operations:
- Monitor and ensure the timely and accurate processing of access requests changes and revocations for various applications and technologies.
- Ensure all access procedures are meticulously maintained and executed in strict adherence to information security policies (ISP standards).
- Stakeholder Engagement & Support:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for access-related inquiries working closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their needs and provide effective resolutions.
- Manage and maintain strong working relationships with business partners and application teams to facilitate smooth access provisioning and reviews.
- Compliance & Internal Controls:
- Ensure a robust internal control environment is maintained within access administration processes to support compliance objectives.
- Actively participate in and support internal and external audits including those conducted by the GAO PWCIC BDO by providing necessary documentation and evidence.
- Identify potential control weaknesses and implement corrective actions to strengthen the overall security posture.
- Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively monitor system and application access for anomalies or issues.
- Take prompt corrective actions to resolve access queries and minimize disruption to business operations.
- Benchmark metrics and industry best practices to continuously evaluate and improve access administration processes tools and service delivery.
- Technical Acumen:
- Possess and maintain basic knowledge of various enterprise applications and underlying technologies relevant to access management.
QualificationsBCA or MCA with minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience. Preferably experience Ford legacy and IERP systems.

Excellent communication Verbal and written.
