Position Overview:

As a CSP Trainer in the Pakistan Sales Enablement team you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation by equipping Sales Leaders with the skills tools and insights needed to effectively lead their Account Executives (AEs) toward CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) success. Youll own the development and execution of comprehensive training plans aligned with organizational goals and CSP-related WIGs (Wildly Important Goals). This role is instrumental in accelerating CSP ramp-up enhancing performance and ensuring sales leaders are empowered to coach their teams to CSP excellence.

  • Design & Deliver CSP Enablement:
    Deliver engaging high-impact enablement sessions for Sales Leadership focused on CSP fundamentals transitions (legacy to NCE) positioning and closing strategies.
  • Customize Training for Learning Needs:
    Tailor training content for both new and tenured AEs to address different stages of the CSP lifecyclefrom client need identification to final conversion and renewal strategies.
  • Measure & Optimize Training Impact:
    Use performance metrics reporting dashboards and pipeline progress to inspect results identify learning gaps and take immediate action for improvement.
  • Evangelize Successes:
    Promote top performance and best practices through recognition competitions and success stories to foster a culture of learning and excellence.
  • Collaborate for Strategic Alignment:
    Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure training initiatives are aligned with sales objectives and messaging remains consistent across teams.

What will you bring to the team:

  • Bachelors /masters in computer science Data Science Sales and Marketing Information Technology or Business Administration and Education or Training and Development (if combined with relevant sales/tech experience)
  • Proven experience in delivering effective sales enablement and product training especially in a B2B technology or cloud-focused environment.
  • Understanding of Microsoft CSP models including Legacy NCE and transitioning approaches.
  • Strong analytical mindset to evaluate pipeline performance and training outcomes.
  • Ability to create engaging content and deliver it across multiple learning formats (virtual workshops 1:1 session team enablement).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to engage sales leaders at multiple levels.
  • A proactive ownership-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
  • Experience with learning measurement tools and CRM reporting (e.g. Salesforce) preferred.
