Cottage Springs is seeking hardworking energetic and outgoing individuals to join the Summer Sampling & Events Team. As the brands frontliners the Sampling & Events Team plays a pivotal role in promoting our exciting new product lineup by driving trial and creating memorable brand experiences at various field marketing events and activations. Job Responsibilities:
- Be the face of the brand and engage with consumers at a range of XM activations and events including concerts festivals golf tournaments private gatherings street samplings and more
- Drive trial of our beverage portfolio and new products launching in 2025/2026 to help hit key sampling targets and promote innovation SKUs.
- Assist with the preparation set up execution and tear down of events and activations which includes regularly lifting items that can be 20 lbs
- Create weekly pre and post-event reports to track sampling numbers consumer feedback and event recaps
Job Requirements:
- You are willing to work a flexible working schedule including weekends holidays evenings with light travel
- You have a valid G class drivers license and clean drivers abstract
- You have your Smart Serve Certification
- You are 19 years of age or older
- Previous work experience in XM/events serving bartending and/or customer service is an asset
- Please note: there will be some overnight stays in hotels for some events coordinated by the company.
Schedule:
Per your seasonal contract you will be required to work evenings and weekends. Due to the nature of events every week will look different and the majority of your working hours may not fall on the same days each week. Although this is not your typical 9-5 job you will gain first hand experience working for Canadas fastest growing beverage alcohol company. Shifts may require light travel throughout Ontario - company vehicles will be provided for this purpose.
While this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the marketing and events space there will also be quite a bit of physical labor involved.
