This position willinvolvework on a grantsupporting a training program dedicated to equipping nurses with the skills to provide compassionate trauma- informed care to survivors of sexual assault.The ideal candidate will be adetail-orientedproactiveand organized Administrative SupportAssistantable to work independently and as part of a teamsupportingour nursing training program.The team is seeking a candidate thatwillhaveadministrativeexpertisealong with a commitment to supporting survivor-centered serviceswhilemaintaininga positive learning environment for our students.

Familiarity with database management.
Work will beahybrid work schedulewithremote work as well as in-person support for scheduled trainings/eventson the UW-Milwaukee campus.
Support Services: Assist with the preparation of training materials and resources.
Data Management: Maintain and update databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all records and assist with tracking follow-up data of program alumni.
Event Planning: Assist Program Coordinator with planning in-person training sessions workshops and other program-related events. Assist with coordination of standardized patients/consultants for in-person training events.
Office Management: Order supplies manage inventory and ensure the training facility is well maintained.
Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling correspondence and record-keeping
Budget Support: Assist with creating/processing project invoices requisitions purchasing card requirements and expense reports.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for students instructors and external partners. Manage email/website inquiries and provide information as needed.
Student Coordination: Assist with student enrollment maintain student records and provide support to students as needed throughout their training.
The target hiring range for thispart-timeLTEposition is $18-$24/hr. The final offer will be contingent upon the knowledge skills and abilitiesdemonstratedthroughout the selection process.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Strong communicationskillsasdemonstratedin written application materials.
Proficiencyin MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Prior experience in a related field such as victim advocacy sexual violence prevention crisis response or trauma-informed care.
Proven experience in an administrative role in an educational or healthcare setting.
Experience with Canvas and Qualtrics or other similar platforms.
