Job Summary

Task Force Director of Food and Beverage. Pay is $125000 - $2403 Per Week.

Task Force 6 Month Rotation out os state. Must have experience overseeing 15 Food and Beverage Outlets. We pay travel and hotel.

Director of Food and Beverage

Driving revenue across all outlets through operation excellence and space activation
Leads large team of food and beverage employees
Responsible for the organization of the liquor room and beer/wine cooler.
Maintain inventories and cost controls
Enforce policies regarding these areas including liquor requisitions.
Responsible for the liquor par levels in beverage areas.
Ensuring beverage staff members follow proper procedures for ordering pouring and cashiering..
Responsible for holiday programming and special event creation
Responsible for monthly beverage inventory.
Set up and monitor regular contests and promotions.
Implementation of special promotions.

Qualifications :

Must have 5 Years Hotel or Resort Director Food and Beverage Experience.
Previous experience managing multiple teams and/or divisions
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to live out of state
