Were looking for an experienced Lead Bartender to join our leadership team and help elevate our bar program.

Position Overview

The Lead Bartender will oversee daily bar operations ensure consistent beverage quality and create an inviting experience for every guest. This role combines creativity leadership and attention to detail ideal for someone passionate about mixology and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and train bar staff in service standards recipes and guest engagement
Develop and maintain cocktail and beverage menus that complement our steakhouse offerings
Ensure proper inventory management ordering and cost control
Uphold all alcohol service laws and safety regulations
Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked bar area
Work closely with management to plan seasonal promotions tastings and events
Deliver outstanding guest service with professionalism and personality

Qualifications

3 years of bartending experience with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails wine and spirits
Excellent leadership communication and time-management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Current alcohol service certification (e.g. TIPS ServSafe or state equivalent)
