QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent Bachelors degree preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis statistical software and the Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to assist the Assistant Director in forecasting enrollment trends
- Strong understanding of demographic trends including birth rates migration patterns and socioeconomic factors to support accurate enrollment projections
- Experience in demographic analysis enrollment forecasting or related fields such as education public policy urban planning or market research
- Ability to communicate complex data and projections clearly and effectively to various stakeholders including school administrators policymakers and the public in support of the Assistant Directors work
- Skill in identifying trends patterns and potential issues in enrollment data and in developing strategies to address them collaboratively with the Assistant Director
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for working with various departments stakeholders and external agencies
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data is analyzed and interpreted correctly
- Ability to adapt to changing demographics enrollment trends and policy requirements
- Familiarity with education policy at the local state and federal levels is beneficial
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint Adobe; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (spreadsheets databases word processing)
- Proficient in recordkeeping filing office organization and general office management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bookkeeping knowledge
- Demonstrated personal integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work with constant interruptions and stress
- Competency in the CFISD proficiency test (score 85 and minimum 50 wpm typing skills)

SALARY/PAYGRADE:
$37151 CP5
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform daily data cleaning tasks in eSchool including address and residential code verification.
- Run and format daily enrollment reports.
- Maintain and regularly update street and address range lists and residential code lists.
- Work closely with campus registrars to ensure accuracy of student data.
- Assist in maintaining geocoding processes in Transfinder.
- Respond to inquiries regarding boundaries and student assignments.
- Communicate professionally with campus staff and community members.
- Order and maintain office supplies as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Boundaries Projections and Planning.
- Maintain well-organized files and records.
- Organize meetings and special projects.
- Maintain department budget.
- Input data in computer systems.
- Communicate with district principals and other department staff.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Standard office equipment including personal computer and peripherals. Prolonged sitting maintain emotional control under stress repetitive hand motion and prolonged use of computer.
