Whats your role

As a Learning & Development Business Partner at Lely you are the strategic partner for managers and directors when it comes to learning and development. You translate organisational and team goals into effective learning interventions that drive growth innovation and long term performance. No training requests without context just focused solutions that actually make an impact.

In this role you work closely with HR Business Partners leadership teams internal L&D experts and specialists from the Lely Academy. You understand the business run in depth learning needs analyses and make sure the learning budget is used strategically. You stay on top of developments in the field and translate them into the L&D vision and approach.

What will you do

• Advise management and directors on learning strategies that support organisational development
• Run learning needs analyses and translate insights into blended high impact learning solutions (70 20 10 model)
• Manage and optimise the strategic learning budget and ensure its used effectively
• Co create learning programmes together with internal experts and external partners
• Track trends in the L&D field and apply them to innovative learning solutions within Lely
• Monitor the quality and effectiveness of learning through data and evaluations

What do you bring

Youre a strong sparring partner for management teams with vision and guts. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset and switch effortlessly between operational challenges and long term development.

On top of that you bring:

• A completed bachelors degree
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar L&D role
• Proven experience designing and implementing learning solutions
• Experience with project and stakeholder management
• Solid knowledge of LMS systems and relevant learning technologies
• Excellent proficiency in Dutch and English both spoken and written
• A curious analytical mindset and a passion for continuous growth
