Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our Operational Projects PMO Department. Reporting to the Team Lead Operational Projects you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success through effective project management and leadership. Within this PMO Department you will have the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of project areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives timelines resources and deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and success criteria.
- Provide strategic direction and vision to project teams aligning project goals with the organizations overall objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day project activities ensuring tasks are executed in accordance with the project plan.
- Monitor project progress and react as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Build and lead cross-functional project teams fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Communicate effectively with team members stakeholders and executives to ensure everyone is aligned with project goals.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently ensuring optimal utilization.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards.
- Conduct thorough project reviews and evaluations upon completion.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status risks and issues.
- Generate comprehensive project reports for leadership review.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of working experience in project management
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects in an international environment.
- Degree or masters degree in technical or business/management studies.
- Project management certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
- Strategic mindset with a long-term vision.
- Eager to make an impact in a fast-growing organizational environment with a proactive attitude.
- Listening communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS-Office Jira or other PM tools.
- Fluent in English (B2 -C1).
- Willing to Travel.
